Workspaces

Every workspace is a fully isolated tenant. Agents, workflows, integrations, users, policies and billing are scoped to one workspace — nothing leaks across boundaries.

What you'll learn
  • What a workspace contains and how isolation works
  • How to create a new workspace
  • How to rename, switch between, and delete workspaces
  • Who is allowed to perform each action

What lives inside a workspace

A workspace owns its agents, workflows, integrations, knowledge bases, policies, guardrail profiles, users and roles, API keys, LLM configurations, and billing. Two workspaces under the same account never share state.

Create a workspace

  1. 1

    Open the workspace switcher

Click the workspace selector at the top of the sidebar, then choose New workspace.
  2. 2

    Name and describe it

Give it a short name (visible in the switcher) and a one-line description. The name is editable later.
  3. 3

    Invite teammates (optional)

Add email addresses to send invites immediately, or skip and invite later from Users & Roles.

Manage existing workspaces

  1. 1

    Switch workspace

Use the selector at the top of the sidebar. Recent workspaces appear first.
  2. 2

    Rename a workspace

Open Settings → General. Edit the name or description and save. The change is reflected immediately in the switcher.
  3. 3

    Delete a workspace

Only the workspace Owner can delete. Open Settings → General → Danger zone. Deletion removes all agents, workflows, runs, and billing data. The action is irreversible.

Frequently asked questions

Can I move an agent between workspaces?
Not directly. Workspaces are isolated. Export the agent definition from one workspace and import it into another, or recreate it from the builder.
How many workspaces can one account have?
Unlimited on Pro and Enterprise. Free plans are capped at one workspace. Each workspace bills separately.
Who can delete a workspace?
Only the workspace Owner. Admins and other roles do not have the destroy permission. Deletion is permanent and removes runs, agents, and billing history.
Do users see all workspaces I invite them to?
Yes. Each user sees every workspace they belong to in the switcher. Their role is set per workspace, not per account.
