Billing
Billing lives inside the workspace. Pick a plan, watch the trial countdown, top up credits, download invoices, and break costs down per execution.
What you'll learn
- What each plan includes and how to switch
- How credits and per-execution charges work
- Where to find invoices and update payment methods
- How to read the usage breakdown
Plans
Free — one workspace, capped runs, community support. Good for evaluation.
Pro — unlimited workspaces, higher run quotas, email support, all built-in integrations.
Enterprise — SSO with SCIM, on-prem and private cloud, dedicated support, custom contracts. Contact sales to upgrade.

Overview tab
The Overview tab shows the current plan, next billing date, and account status — Active, Trial, or Past Due. During a trial, a countdown banner appears across the app showing days remaining. Past-due accounts have a banner with a link to update payment.
Credits, invoices, and payment
- 1
Credits
The Credits tab shows your current balance and a Purchase action. Each agent or workflow run debits LLM cost, tool calls, and storage from the balance. - 2
Invoices
The Invoices tab lists every invoice with a PDF download. Past-due invoices are flagged red and link to the payment update flow. - 3
Payment method
The Payment tab manages the card or bank account on file and shows charge history. Card updates take effect on the next billing cycle. - 4
Switch plans
The Plans tab compares Free, Pro, and Enterprise side by side. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Usage breakdown
Every run charges three line items: LLM cost (tokens × model rate), tool calls (per-integration), and storage (knowledge base, traces). The usage chart breaks the total down by day, by agent, and by line item so finance can attribute spend.
Frequently asked questions
- What happens when my trial ends?
- New runs are paused until you add a payment method or downgrade to Free. Existing agents and workflows are preserved untouched and resume the moment the account is reactivated.
- Who can see billing?
- Only Owner and Admin (and anyone with the billing:read custom permission). Members and Viewers do not see the Billing tab.
- How is per-execution cost calculated?
- LLM token cost from your provider, plus tool-call charges (per integration), plus storage. Each line item is shown in the run's trace so you can verify spend per execution.
- Can I get an invoice for a custom amount?
- On Enterprise, yes — billing terms are part of the contract. On Pro, invoices match plan price plus metered usage and are generated automatically each cycle.
